Intense Workout

Represent Your Gym.
Battle for the Bay.

The Ignite Games is a Gym vs Gym fitness championship. Each gym brings a team of 10 athletes to compete across 4 events and a massive team final.

June 27, 2026 -  Saquoia Hall, San Mateo County Expo Centre

HOW THE TEAM FORMAT WORKS

One Team, Ten Athletes, One Champion Gym

Each gym fields a team of 10 athletes — 5 women and 5 men — and they’ll take on every workout in a single, continuous relay.

The Relay - All 10 Athletes Back To Back
Women start the event.

As soon as Woman #1 finishes, Woman #2 immediately begins.

Then Woman #3 → Woman #4 → Woman #5.

No break. No reset. No delay.

The moment Woman #5 finishes, Man #1 jumps straight in.

Then Man #2 → Man #3 → Man #4 → Man #5 until the final rep is done.

Your team produces one nonstop time from the start of the first woman to the finish of the last man.

This Format Rewards:

Depth — All 10 athletes matter

Consistency — No weak links

Team strategy — Order matters

Energy — Huge hype from the crowd

Simplicity — Clean judging, easy to follow

Team Performance = Team Pride
Your gym’s placement in each event is based on how fast your full relay time is compared to the other gyms.

Fastest time wins the event. It's that simple.

SCORING & LEADERBOARD

Each workout is scored using your gym’s total relay time — from the start of Woman #1 to the finish of Man #5.

Fastest total time wins.
Slowest total time ranks last.

The race to the Top 5 heats up

Gyms must show depth, consistency, and strategy to stay competitive across all four events.

The Goal:

Finish the qualifiers in the Top 5 to advance to the finals.

THE FINALS

After four qualifying events, the Top 5 gyms on the leaderboard advance to the Finals — a single, high-energy, full-team workout that decides the champion.

All 10 athletes from each gym will compete together, in one lane, in one massive head-to-head race.

How The Final Workouts Work:

All five women and all five men work as a single unit

Reps are shared however the gym chooses

Athletes rotate freely

Strategy becomes everything

First gym to complete the final workout wins the event

This is where teamwork, communication, and grit take over.
No individuals. No hiding.
Just pure team performance.
